neffy
The agency had just won the business. I was hired to lead the creative launch while the art director went on maternity leave. On day one, we were briefed to start from scratch and develop a whole new approach.

Intro for How to Use videos.
To introduce neffy, the first ever needle-free epinephrine, we needed to build awareness and trust in this new application. Highlighting its compact, portable design, we crafted bold, attention-grabbing headlines set against familiar, everyday settings—showcasing how seamlessly it fits into daily life.
-
This was an introduction to a very new device. People needed to understand everything about it. How it worked. How big it was. In the most simplistic way.
Collaborating with Unsaid Studios and photographer Melanie Acevedo, we developed a visually engaging image library. By blending CGI environments and human-centered imagery, we created a cohesive and relatable visual identity that reinforces lasting brand recognition.
-
It was important for the consumer to know how the device worked. We pulled in Donny Dykowsky and The Ski Team to craft a unique audio identity for the How-to-Use videos. This not only brought the art to life, but exceeded the client's expectations. They ended up choosing an intro and an outro, which was an unexpected double-win for future CTV work.
-
We created two websites to build anticipation. One for pre-launch and one for launch.
-
We created targeted signup lists on the website, ensuring customers knew exactly when the product would launch and how to get it. Branded email templates were created for all funnels of communication.
-
When the gig ended, I left them with a 65-page Brand Guidelines book. Ensuring that anyone could hop on the business, stay on brand, and execute as quickly as possible.
-
Twelve hours before launch, the FDA required six more months of testing before approval. A year later, the launch went live.
We’d moved so far into a new direction, when the art director returned from maternity leave, I stayed on for another three months to ensure a seamless transition.
